Welcome to Bargain Plane!

Several years ago while flight instructing, a few of my students approached me with an interest in buying an airplane. Outside of the few airplanes listed on the wall at the local airport, they were unsure of where to look for airplanes for sale. I started to think how nice it would be to have a website that would provide a collaborative listing of airplanes while keeping it simple and easy to use. Not to mention, low cost of advertising, thus saving the seller and buyer money.

After working in the industry as an airline pilot for a few years and now as a corporate pilot, I am finding that I am drawn back to General Aviation. I never gave up on my dream to design a website enabling both the selling and purchasing of airplanes. I feel the industry still needs a solid place to buy and sell aircraft in a simple format and at a low cost. Together with your efforts and ours here at Bargain Plane, we will strive to meet these goals and aid many individuals with a simple one-stop shopping experience when buying or selling airplanes.
